IRP Awards

The IRP Awards are part of the REC’s Institute of Recruitment Professionals and are designed to celebrate excellence in recruitment. They recognise and honour the achievements of both individual recruiters and the recruitment business, celebrating positive role models who demonstrate excellence and the difference they make everyday to candidates and clients.

Now in its second year the IRP Awards has 16 awards categories.  In addition to 12 categories aimed at individual recruiters, there are 3 new categories that seek to recognise and celebrate the companies that IRP members work in and who can demonstrate that they are committed to professionalising the industry, support standards and invest in the personal and professional development of their staff.

The ‘Recruiter of the Year’ award is presented by our panel of judges to the overall outstanding category winner.
