This course is ideal for experienced recruiters, team leaders and managers who want to develop their sales and recruitment knowledge and will find the Diploma provides progressive industry-specific learning. Building on the fundamentals, this professional level qualification provides a broader perspective to give you a competitive edge.

Holders of the Diploma are eligible to use the letters DipRP and achieving this qualification provides direct access to the Member level of Institute of Recruitment Professionals (MIRP) or Fellow level (FIRP) depending on your experience.

We operate an on demand enrolment scheme with the ability to choose when you take your assessments making the Diploma extremely adaptable and easy to fit around work commitments. Units can be completed at anytime within a four year period to offer maximum flexibility. Each unit is priced at £405 +VAT.
