Business Mentoring Sessions

Sometimes its useful to get an outside opinion on your business practices. That's why the REC has created bespoke Business Mentoring Sessions, which give you the opportunity to get feedback and advice from an experienced professional with extensive knowledge of working within recruitment industry. Our Business Mentors will provide you with a wealth of practical support and tricks of the trade to help you improve your productivity, performance and results. Mentors will help you put in place new processes, procedures and ways of working so that you can optimise your business performance.

Who is this for?

owners or directors looking for one to one expert advice in any area of their business. This may be to diversify into a new sector, to update and improve your processes and procedures, to prepare your exit strategy or to act in an advisory capacity to your management team over a limited period. 

What you will learn:

  • Support from someone who will listen to your issues and offer practical solutions based on deep        industry experience.

    We have brought together a team of highly capable mentors who have all set up and run successful recruitment businesses.Each of our mentors has been successful in their own right, they are also gifted listeners and have the ability to provide constructive and meaningful feedback.
    Working as a mentor provides these achievers with the opportunity to give something back to the industry, whilst at the same time raising our industry’s standards and helping develop tomorrow’s business leaders.

    Cost:

    Mentors are available at £750 + VAT per day plus expenses

    Package of 4 Mentor Sessions (within a 6 month period)
    With regular phone & email support  £3,000 + VAT plus expenses
