This comprehensive review, undertaken by an objective consultant will enable your business to reflect on strengths and identify areas for development. The process is led by an experienced business consultant who will review the following areas;

- SWOT Analysis – We will present our findings back to you using this.
The Process:
Prior to the start of the Health Check, a Business Assessment will be sent to your company for completion. This will enable the external consultant to have a good picture of what key issues are facing the company you work for.
The first day will be spent exploring your business and collecting information. A comprehensive report reviewing your company will be produced with specific recommendations; this will be sent prior to the feedback session. The second meeting is focussed at reviewing the recommendations and agreeing a specific action plan.
