Fee Earners Performance Coaching
Prior to the day:
You will be provided with a checklist for you to complete prior to your session so that you can provide your mentor with information about your business practice.
The Day:
The day commences with a meeting with the Owner / Manager, the focus of which will be to seek a perspective on the individual’s strengths and areas for improvement.
Next is a short introduction session with the first fee earner where the mentor explores how they/you manage themselves, how they/you assess candidates and support clients, what motivates them/you and to explore any other areas for concern.
This will establish a relationship and key areas to focus on for the rest of the session.
Observation:
The mentor will observe the individual doing the core elements of their job and will ask questions about processes and the rationale for undertaking activity in this way.
It may be that you wish to review client meeting skills – we don’t mind and will happily attend a client visit with them if required!
Feedback:Verbal feedback is provided. This will reinforce effective behaviour and process so that confidence is developed and areas of strength built upon. Areas for improvement will also be highlighted so that action can be identified and agreed and the process is then repeated with a second individual (If required).
At the end of the day verbal feedback is provided to the owner/manager so that they are fully aware of the performance improvement agenda agreed with the two consultants. This is also an opportunity for the mentor to propose any improvements. Within a few days a short feedback report and action plan is forwarded to the owner/manger so they can use this to performance manage the consultant on an on-going basis.

Cost:
£750 per day + VAT + expenses. This includes:
- Mentor to spend the day with two consultants on a one-to-one basis.
- Succinct report on each consultant.
