To start getting involved in your region, your first step is to contact your Regional Director to join your Regional Branch.
Stimulating conversations take place between members, both virtually and face-to-face, in your area and across the UK thanks to these communities.
Your involvement can be as simple as attending a regional event or contributing an article to Inside Recruitment, the Institute's e-newsletter.
These activities help you expand your experience, knowledge base and professional network — one of the most valuable tools you possess.Your participation in your Regional Branch is important to you and your own professional development. It is equally important to advance the recruitment profession as a whole and crucial to the growth of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, which is driven by the work of volunteers across the land.
