Rewarding and recognising excellence in recruitment

Over 450 recruitment professionals joined us at the Lancaster Hotel on Thursday 29th September 2011 to celebrate and witness what best practice in our industry looks like. Congratulations to everyone that entered. The standard of entries this year was exceptional. For those who were shortlisted, bask in the glory of your achievements; the bar has been set very high for future Awards.

Now in its third year the IRP Awards has 16 awards categories.  In addition to 12 categories aimed at individual recruiters, there are three new categories that seek to recognise and celebrate the companies that IRP Members work in and who can demonstrate that they are committed to professionalising the industry, support standards and invest in the personal and professional development of their staff.

The IRP Awards are part of the REC’s Institute of Recruitment Professionals and are designed to celebrate excellence in recruitment. They recognise and honour the achievements of both individual recruiters and the recruitment business, celebrating positive role models who demonstrate excellence and the difference they make everyday to candidates and clients.
