As a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, you can access selected Research paper from the REC's Industry Research Unit free of charge. In addition, there are a number of research reports that you can purchase for a greatly reduced fee.

You have access to the REC's library of research, white papers and reports from the Industry Research Unit. This information can be used to benchmark the performance of your organisation and gives you updated data and analysis and useful outlooks and predictions on the recruitment industry as a whole.

 
How Our Research Is Used
At a national level, our research is used widely to support key lobbying positions, to help the industry to speak with real authority and clarity on issues that matter and to underpin the increasing professionalism of the industry.

Some REC reports can be purchased through the REC's Industry Research Unit Bookshop. Reports are released across a variety of thought provoking topics throughout the year, so keep checking back for more research.
