Founded by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) in 2009, the IRP represents over 10,500 individual members, who deliver the UK’s recruitment services. The IRP helps recruiters to demonstrate their commitment to best practice and world-class recruitment standards, as well as providing the best possible services to clients and candidates.
