At the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) we love recruitment and love helping people achieve their potential in this fast-paced industry. Through our qualifications, blog and social media channels, events and networking opportunities, and help and advice, we strive to help recruiters succeed in all aspects of their career.

There are three levels of IRP membership, based on the following criteria:

  • Affiliate - Less than 10 years experience in the recruitment industry
  • Member - 10 years' experience in the recruitment industry; or current holders of the Certificate in Recruitment Practice/Level 3 QCF
  • Fellow - 15 years' experience in the recruitment industry; or 10 years' experience in the recruitment industry and the Certificate in Recruitment Practice/Level 3 QCF; or 7 years' experience and the Diploma in Recruitment Practice/Level 4 QCF

That's why we offer support to our members at every stage of their career - whether you're just starting out and want to take your first steps as an apprentice, or whether you've built up your own business and are now looking to develop your people through IRP Advocacy.
