Affiliate (AIRP): Tailored to those in the industry that have no recognised recruitment qualification and have less than 10 years’ experience. (Membership cost: £90 per year (UK only))
Member (MIRP): Open to any recruiter with either 10 years’ industry experience, or a Level 3 or Level 4 IRP qualification. (Membership cost: £120 per year (UK only))
Fellowship (FIRP): Open to any recruiter with any of the below: (Membership cost: £130 per year (UK only))
- 15 years’ industry experience, or
- 10 years’ experience with Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice, or
- 7 years’ experience with Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management
